Philosophy
Nicole takes a calm, empathetic approach while still being able to provide structure, set limits, and boundaries to help the students be successful in their day-to-day lives. Her infectious work ethic, drive, experience, and love for this field allows her to intentionally work with both employees and students by empowering them to develop skills in their own way.
Professional
Nicole is currently working towards finishing her degree in Psychology at Utah Valley University. Since employed at Gateway Academy, Nicole has brought her empathetic approach, organization, and communication skills to the complex world of residential treatment.
Personal
In her free time, Nicole loves spending time with family, especially playing games, and baking with her daughters. She loves to travel and experience new things. Some of her hobbies are photography, arts and crafts, and aesthetics. She is passionate about serving others and helping implement a healthy dynamic between people.
