Michelle’s philosophy centers on helping adolescents build healthy, meaningful lives through connection, structure, and purpose. She believes every young person has inherent value and that real growth comes from understanding each individual and meeting them where they are. Her work focuses on recognizing strengths and supporting the development of skills, confidence, and lasting support systems.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Michelle brings over 22 years of experience in education, including roles as a classroom teacher, teacher specialist, and school administrator. Her work is guided by a belief in each individual’s potential and a commitment to moving beyond one-size-fits-all approaches. Her graduate studies in social work further strengthen her ability to integrate education with mental health and trauma-informed practices.

PERSONAL
Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, traveling—especially to warm, beach destinations—reading, and exploring the outdoors.
