The most meaningful growth happens in environments where clear expectations are paired with genuine support, and where humor, compassion, and honesty go hand in hand with professional care. Whether I’m addressing medical needs, collaborating with colleagues, or guiding a student through a tough moment, my goal is to create a space that’s safe, responsive, and rooted in trust.
