Seek discomfort. This motto has often guided me in my personal life, as well as in my work with clients. Life is no easy task, and when we face our fears head on, hand in hand with those who care about us, we can learn a lot about ourselves and how to best live within the values that matter most to us. Growth will come, and we don’t have to go through that process alone.

PHILOSOPHY
Hannah believes that authenticity and honest connection are key to building a strong therapeutic relationship. She is committed to creating a space where her clients feel comfortable exploring and being their true selves, allowing for genuine understanding and growth. Therapy isn’t always easy or comfortable—it’s a journey that can take time, but it has the potential to lead to truly beautiful destinations. Hannah is committed to walking alongside families through the difficult moments, supporting them as they explore those uncomfortable places, and helping them find peace and healing that’s meaningful for them.
PROFESSIONAL
Hannah has worked with clients across a range of ages and backgrounds to support their therapeutic goals through individualized counseling. She has supported individuals, couples, and families through trauma-informed, client-centered care. She completed EMDR training and began accruing consultation hours to deepen her trauma-specific expertise. Her professional experience includes working as a school social worker, a hospital care intern at Intermountain Hospital, and a residential shift supervisor at a leading adolescent residential treatment center. These roles provided a strong foundation in clinical care, crisis intervention, and therapeutic rapport-building with youth and family. Hannah is fluent in Spanish, which allows her to serve diverse populations with greater sensitivity and effectiveness.
PERSONAL
Hannah loves seeking out new experiences—whether it's hiking in the mountains or traveling abroad. In the summer, she’s often convincing friends who’ve never been skydiving to take their first leap. A licensed solo skydiver, Hannah chose to earn her certification as a way to repeatedly face and overcome one of her greatest fears—a challenge that reflects her courage and determination. She also volunteers with the Utah Refugee Center, where she helps individuals navigate housing insecurity with compassion and practical support. In her downtime, Hannah enjoys relaxing with a good book, getting hooked on a new TV series, or spending quality time with friends and family.
CREATING STUDENT SUCCESS
Throughout her career, Hannah has demonstrated a deep commitment to helping students thrive both emotionally and academically. Whether working one-on-one with youth in a residential treatment setting or leading school-based group interventions, she brings warmth, structure, and intentionality to every interaction. Hannah’s ability to build trust with adolescents—especially those navigating complex life challenges—has been key to helping them access support, stay engaged, and meet their goals. She believes in empowering students through consistent encouragement, honest communication, and a strengths-based approach that honors each individual's unique path toward success.
