"I believe that lasting change happens through connection—both within ourselves and with those around us. When working with adolescents and their families, I focus on creating a safe, collaborative space where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. My approach is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and a strengths-based mindset, helping clients better understand their experiences, build meaningful relationships, and move forward with clarity and confidence."
