Throughout my time at Gateway I have learned just how important it is to make time for each individual student and staff. I know what it is like to feel lonely and be overwhelmed by it. All it takes is one person to change that.

PHILOSOPHY
Belle’s philosophy centers on the Golden Rule: treat others the way you want to be treated. She encourages students to understand that it’s natural not to get along with everyone all the time, but it remains our responsibility to approach others with respect—especially in moments of conflict.
PROFESSIONAL
Prior to joining Gateway, Belle taught English to children abroad and worked as a nanny. She also brings three years of experience working in residential treatment center settings, supporting youth through behavioral and emotional challenges. Her past management role at a call center helped her develop a strong understanding of the importance of tone and communication. Together, these experiences have helped her build meaningful rapport with students and effectively support them through challenging moments.
PERSONAL
In her free time, Belle enjoys being outdoors—often reading or taking walks with her dog, Penny. She loves traveling and going on road trips, and she values spending quality time with her family. Coming from a large, close-knit family, Belle frequently visits places like Oregon, Disneyland, and Bear Lake, where she creates lasting memories with loved ones.
