Connecting with students and their families on a personal level is what makes Gateway’s Admissions Team such a special place to be. It’s amazing what a smile, kind hello, a welcoming hug, or nod of reassurance can do to help with the Admissions process. Through human connection, compassion, and understanding, the basis for healing can begin from the start.

Experience working in residential treatment since 2016
Hannah joined the Gateway Academy team in 2019. She began as Administrative Assistant and worked as the HR Coordinator before moving to her current role in Admissions. During the two and a half years prior to joining Gateway, she worked in another residential treatment setting as a mentor and staff supervisor. She believes that human connection goes a long way in helping people to learn, thrive, and better themselves. She knows from experience, when you can meet a person in their pain, help them see their humanity, it can help bring a smile to their face, and to Hannah, "It’s one of the best feelings in the world."
Hannah enjoys spending her free time with her husband, son, and dog, Bowie. She also enjoys finding new outlets of creativity including embroidery, cross-stitch, sewing, and baking! Additionally, Hannah loves to travel and spend time in the outdoors as well as trying fun new foods!
